From our door to yours. Delivery information for your AUJ order.
Where we ship
AUJ ships to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Available delivery options for your address are shown at checkout.
Dispatch & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate stages, so please allow time for both when planning your order.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions and holidays may affect transit. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Please review the delivery option and total for your order.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, use the tracking details in your dispatch confirmation to follow its progress. Carrier scans may take time to appear after a label is created.
If the estimated delivery window has passed or tracking stops updating, contact AUJ with your order number so we can help investigate.
Address changes & delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may no longer be possible once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
If tracking shows a delivery you have not received, check with household members and nearby delivery locations, then contact us. For an item that arrives damaged or is incorrect, see our product quality and order support guidance.
Subscription deliveries
Subscription orders follow the delivery schedule selected at checkout. You can manage upcoming deliveries through your subscription account. Pausing or cancelling future deliveries does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.
One Black Gold Bottle contains 15 daily servings. A monthly delivery of one bottle does not cover a full month of daily use; choose a quantity that suits your routine.
