How personal information is handled when you interact with AUJ.
Who we are
This policy explains the personal information handled when you browse AUJ, place an order, create an account or contact our team.
Information connected with our services
Depending on how you use the store, information may include:
- Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, phone number and billing or shipping address.
- Order and account information: products purchased, transaction records, account details and subscription preferences.
- Customer enquiries: messages and the information you choose to share when asking for help.
- Device and browsing information: technical information such as browser type, device identifiers and interactions with the store.
Payment information is handled through the payment services available at checkout. Please do not send full payment-card details or account passwords in a customer-support message.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the services you request, including processing and delivering orders, managing accounts and subscriptions, answering enquiries and handling returns. It may also be used to maintain store security, prevent fraud, meet recordkeeping obligations and improve the shopping experience.
Where you have agreed to receive marketing, contact details may be used to send relevant AUJ updates and offers. You can withdraw from marketing using the unsubscribe option provided.
Service providers & disclosures
Our online store is hosted on SHOPLINE. Information needed to operate the store may be handled by ecommerce, payment, delivery, subscription and customer-support service providers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights and the security of the service.
Cookies & similar technologies
The store may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as keeping items in your bag and maintaining a signed-in session. Other technologies may support analytics or advertising if those services are enabled.
You can manage cookies through your browser. Disabling necessary cookies may affect store features.
Retention & security
Personal information should be retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including order support, accounting and applicable legal requirements.
No website or method of transmitting information can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your choices & privacy requests
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, obtain a copy, or object to or restrict certain uses. Some requests may be subject to exceptions, such as records needed to complete an order or meet legal obligations.
To ask about your information, email us at vincentac12138@outlook.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential communications about an order or subscription.
Where information is processed
Our platform and service providers may operate in locations different from where you live.
Children’s privacy
This store is intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the store, please contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.
